Unit features:
The overall structure is solid and lightweight, and the body and water basin are made of reinforced glass fiber (FRP fiberglass), which is not easy to corrode. The surface coat is supplemented with UV inhibitors to resist sunlight damage.
All steel materials are hot-dip galvanized for corrosion resistance and durability.
The specially designed axial flow fan uses a belt reducer, low noise, sufficient air volume, and a special water droplet silencer blanket to eliminate water noise.
The special design PVC water retaining curtain (water stopper) has a significant effect of blocking splash, slight pressure drop loss and small splash loss.
The specially designed water disperser will not block the large caliber, but the water dispersion effect is excellent, and it is installed inside the tower body without external dust and debris.
The honeycomb vacuum forming heat dissipation material is adopted, and there are grooves on the staggered surface, and the heat exchange effect is excellent.
The water basin adopts an inclined design, which is easy to clean, less water, and low operating weight, but the sink is extra large, and there is no need to absorb air.
The cooling tower bracket is lightweight and solid, and can be easily combined with or without shock iron frame.
