In order to make full use of the effectiveness of the cooling tower, a good installation site should be selected, that is, a naturally ventilated and clean area; The cold and wet gas discharged from the cooling tower is not easy to be sucked into the site of the cooling tower. Avoid the application in the natural environment with many floating dust and acid gas, or it will cause erosion of the heat exchanger and the pipe, and prevent the application in the smoke window and the source of pyrogen radiation.
After 7-10 days of operation of the closed cooling tower, the drive belt must be adjusted again. At the early stage of operation, because of the running in period between the drive belt and the pulley, the support force of the drive belt will become weak. The characteristics of the closed cooling tower are related to the quantity of the circulating system. It is necessary to check whether the water output is standardized, pay sufficient attention to noise, vibration and current, and check as soon as possible in case of any abnormality.
The high temperature resistance temperature of the filling material of the closed cooling tower is 65 ℃, and it is not allowed to inject heat-resistant cooling circulating water. When the cooling fan is off, pay more attention to the injection of cooling circulating water. Even the temporary injection of heat-resistant cooling circulating water will cause bending deformation of the filler.
Carry out regular maintenance for the closed cooling tower, and remove the residues on the stainless steel water tank and filter screen on time to ensure smooth operation; Properly exhaust air and adequately manage the water body for cooling circulating water; Regular inspection and oil supply for reducer rolling bearing shall be carried out every three months; Attention shall be paid to the imbalance caused by dust adhering to the surface of centrifugal fan.
In the water of a good circulating system, there are also slightly etched chemicals, such as calcium bicarbonate and other insoluble chemicals, which will be concentrated with the change of time. In addition to environmental pollution, the concentration values of corrosive chemicals and insoluble chemicals will slowly increase, causing failure. Therefore, in general, the closed cooling tower should refer to the water index value to determine the make-up water volume and whether water treatment drugs should be put into use, so as to facilitate proper disposal.
