Water consumption comparison: the open cooling tower is in direct contact with gas, so the annual rainfall of water is relatively large. The circulating system of cooling circulating water lasts for a day, and the water exposed by the cooling tower has a certain temperature. Therefore, the working temperature of open cooling tower is relatively high, so the annual rainfall of water will be more volatile than that in the geographical environment. According to the current general calculation method, the water consumption of open cooling tower is 100 times higher than that of closed cooling tower. The water consumption of closed cooling tower can be reasonably controlled at 0.01%, and that of open cooling tower at about 1%. Comparison of power consumption: the water pump head of open cooling tower is lower than that of closed cooling tower, and the closed cooling tower must also be designed with automatic spraying system, boiler auxiliaries and other machinery and equipment. Therefore, the application output power of machinery and equipment can be improved at a certain level, which will lead to excessive power consumption. The automatic spraying of closed cooling tower and the auxiliary boiler are not always opened as the refrigeration stage. They are opened when the temperature is high, and the auxiliary desuperheating will be automatically terminated when the temperature drops. Therefore, the power consumption for lifting the closed cooling tower is not very different from that of the cooling tower at the beginning.
