In July, Xinjiang Oriental Hope Carbon Co., Ltd. purchased seven closed cooling towers in Ark. As one of the top 500 private enterprises in China, it was founded in 1982, the first batch of private enterprises established after China's reform and opening up. At present, it has developed into a super large private enterprise group integrating agriculture and heavy chemical industry. The seven cooling towers purchased by Oriental Hope Group are dry wet combined cooling towers. After purchasing three 80 ton cooling towers at the beginning of the month respectively, four 300 ton cooling towers were purchased at the end of the month. The dry wet combined cooling tower is an application mode as a tubular indirect volatile cooling tower. The principle is divided into three parts:
(1) Heat transfer circulation system at the primary side: when the boiling water at the primary side passes through the fan coil of the cooling tower, it is divided into four parts to carry out heat convection:
a. The heat I of the hot water solution is transferred to the inner surface of the fan coil according to the convection heat transfer;
b. Conducting heat to the outer layer of fan coil through wall thickness;
c. The surface of the fan coil shall be used to deal with the widely circulated heat to the flowing shrink water in the pipe, and the shrink water shall be sent to the gas through volatilization and convection heat transfer.
(2) Quenching circulation system at the secondary side: the self spraying water at the tertiary side is pumped to the water distribution system software from the lower unit port of the cooling tower by the self spraying centrifugal pump. After all, the sprinkler head is sprayed on the heat exhausting material, vaporization heat and sensible heat exchanger are carried out with the gas, and after rapid cooling, it flows to the fan coil unit, generating stable shrinkage water on the surface of the tube, digesting the heat transferred from the material in the absorption tube, and then returning to the water pan. Such a circulating system is unavoidable.
(3) Gas circulation system: the centrifugal fan sucks the unsaturated fatty gas outside the cooling tower into the tower body, the cyclone passes through the fan coil, the heat exhausting material and the self spraying water at the secondary side to carry out the vaporization heat and the sensible heat exchanger to absorb the heat, and then the water and gas are separated through the water baffle and filter, and the moist air close to the saturated state is discharged out of the tower.
According to the above three circulating systems and four ring section heat transfer, the cooling tower will refrigerate the secondary side hot water solution to the required temperature, so as to send it to the system software to maintain its normal operation.
