The temperature in the north can be reduced by 1-2 ℃. In general, the filling material volume of the countercurrent closed cooling tower is 20% less than that of the cross flow closed cooling tower. The whole heat transfer process of the countercurrent tower is more effective and the cooling efficiency is higher. 3. The water distribution system is not easy to block, the watering filler is not easy to clean and embrittle, and the moisture in the body returns less, so the cold proof and ice melting countermeasures are very easy. Several design schemes can be formed, and the fan can be operated separately or completely terminated in winter according to the required temperature and water flow. 4. The project construction, installation and maintenance are very easy, low cost, and common in central air conditioning and industrial production of large, medium and small refrigeration cooling circulating water. 2、 Cross flow closed cooling tower; l. The water is in the filler inside the closed cooling tower, the water flows from top to bottom, and the gas flows into the tower body horizontally from outside the tower. It is commonly used in residential areas with strict noise regulations, and is a widely used refrigeration circulating system tower in the household appliance industry. Advantages: environmental protection and energy conservation, low water discharge, low air resistance, and low speed motor, without water seepage noise and tilting noise, which is conducive to the maintenance of filling materials and water distribution system. 2. Basically, it can be placed randomly according to the appearance of engineering buildings, and individual or several closed cooling towers can operate according to the required temperature. 3、 It must be noted that when the structure is 40% more than the heat transfer, there must be a large volume of filler. The filler is very easy to embrittle, and the water outlet is very easy to block. The anti freezing is not good, and the moisture in the body returns greatly. The advantage of cross flow closed cooling tower is the disadvantage of counter flow closed cooling tower. Spray natural ventilation non filling closed cooling tower; A distinctive nozzle is selected and installed at the air inlet at the bottom of the closed cooling tower. There are two methods: spray magnetic moment non motor exhaust and tower top exhaust system. When water flows on the nozzle, it will cause internal whirlpool and produce fine fog, which will store the fog. When water is sprayed upward, it will also drop two refrigeration timeliness. The atomization is symmetrical, without hollow condition, the actual refrigeration effect is stable, the function loss is low, the floating rate is 0.01%, there is no filler, the cost is low, and the service life is long. 4、 Closed cooling tower; 1. Closed cooling tower is the deformation and development trend of traditional closed cooling tower. In fact, it is the fluidity of the water mist in the pipe of the volatile closed cooling tower, and the two do not touch. The water in the tank at the bottom of the tower is pumped out by the circulating water pump and sent to the outside of the pipe for uniform spraying. It will not touch the process liquid boiling water or refrigerant and the gas in the pipe, and will become a closed cooling tower. The actual effect of heat conduction, convection and heat transfer will be improved according to water spraying. 2. The closed cooling tower is applicable to all kinds of refrigeration systems with high requirements on the water body of the circulating system, and has a promising application prospect in electric power engineering, chemical plants, steel, food and many industrial sectors. On the other hand, compared with the air cooled heat exchanger, the volatile closed cooling tower uses the volatile vaporization heat of pipe drainage, which significantly improves the heat conduction and convection heat transfer on the gas side, and has significant advantages.
