For direct water supplement of closed cooling tower, it is necessary to check whether all cooling towers or pipelines are leaking areas. Only leakage can cause less circulating system, and a lot of water supplement is required!
The make-up water of the closed cooling tower is generally controlled by the ball valve. The water is a kind of liquid and has a fixed water buoyancy. The ball valve is simply a ball valve with medium floating. The segment of the ball float valve is connected to the water supplement excuse, and the segment is a ball. The ball of the ball float valve floats on the river and fluctuates with the fluctuation of the river.
If the river is high, the ball valve will be high; if the sleeping quality is low, the ball valve will meet the river firmly. In the case of less free and easy water spraying, the river surface will decrease. In addition, the ball valve will open the water make-up socket, and the cooling circulating water will be fully automatically replenished. When the water flow increases and the river surface increases, the ball valve will increase. When the ball valve reaches the fixed water level, the water make-up branch will be fully automatically closed. This is the result of fully automatic water replenishment. The key operating instrument and equipment is the ball valve.
Benefits of applying ball float valve:
1. The staff who do not need to configure a door can replenish water to the glass fiber reinforced plastic cooling tower. The key connection is the water replenishing pipe, and the water replenishing can be carried out automatically;
2. Even if the float valve is close to the river and the river level is lowered, the float valve will replenish water to the reservoir at the time to prevent insufficient water flow;
3. Good application for the first time. In the case of the first application of the glass fiber reinforced plastic cooling tower, the cooling circulating water has not been circulated to the automatic spraying system, or has not yet returned to the reservoir. If the water flow of the reservoir is not supplemented, it will lead to less water. The float valve is used to operate the water replenishment, so that the water circulation system can be carried out as usual, and the rate of water replenishment can be improved;
4. The float valve has no electronic system of design scheme, which is not easy to be damaged. It has reflective connection and does not need maintenance and replacement in the middle and later stages.
5. The float valve is made of metal material, with high surface relative density and good corrosion and rust resistance.
