Once any problem is found with the fan of the closed cooling tower, it should be shut down immediately for inspection. 2. Remove the dirt in the left and right pipelines before and after the closed cooling tower fan on time to avoid safety accidents. The lubricating grease of transmission system components shall be removed and replaced on time. The fan shall be waterproof and rainproof outdoors. 3. When the working condition changes, the gate valve shall be used to adjust the exhaust air volume. 4. Accurately measure the current of the fan motor of the closed cooling tower on time. Under all normal conditions, the accurately measured current shall be lower than the rated voltage. 5. After the production cycle of the fan is completed, maintain the motor to prevent corrosion and damage the service life. Before the fan is applied every year, the reducer shall be oiled first and then applied. 7. Because the closed cooling tower fan is simple in structure, pay attention to the maintenance of the motor and other air inlet systems. Due to the snow in winter, it is very easy to deform the fan. Therefore, it is proposed to mark the view angle of the fan impeller, remove the fan, and install it according to the mark in 2022. Maintenance of the rolling bearing part of the fan of the closed cooling tower: often check the oil condition provided by the bearing lubricating oil. If the main box leaks oil, tighten the anchor bolts of the bearing end cover a little. That is not good. It is likely that only new sealing packing can be removed and replaced. When the bearing lubricating oil is in normal use, it should be removed and replaced at least once in half a year. The first application should be carried out after 200 hours of operation. The second oil change time is 1-2 months. After that, the lubricating grease should be checked once a week. If the lubricating grease is not mouldy, the oil change work can be extended to 2-4 months. The lubricating grease of the required model should be used when removing and replacing (as required on the general plan), The old oil in the fuel tank of the car shall be placed neatly, and new oil shall be introduced after cleaning. If it is necessary to remove and replace the rolling bearing of the fan, pay attention to the following matters: Before installing the new rolling bearing, make sure that the rolling bearing and rolling bearing housing are very clean. Place the rolling bearing in the oil with a temperature of about 70~80 ℃ for heating, and then install it into the rolling bearing. It is unnecessary to force installation to prevent damage to the rolling bearing. Common problems of fan application in closed cooling tower: 1. Vibration (inspection can be carried out from the following aspects); The centrifugal impeller of closed cooling tower will produce abnormal sound and strong vibration during the whole process of rotation. The reason is that the fan casing or centrifugal impeller components of the closed cooling tower will be deformed during the whole process of storage and transportation. During the whole process of storage, transportation, installation and application, the transmission system components or casing deformation centrifugal impeller is evenly destroyed. The reasons are as follows: the centrifugal impeller is deformed under force; The connecting piece between the centrifugal impeller and the coupling is loose; Unreasonable improvement causes deformation of main shaft bearing; The motor is fixed and screw loose; The anchor bolts of fan feet are not fixed. 2. Heating: If the motor temperature rises too high after one hour of operation at normal temperature, it may be caused by one of the following reasons:; The friction resistance of the closed cooling tower system software is too large or the fan selection is not scientific, which causes the motor to operate under load. The resistance coefficient of the pipeline network is too large or the pipeline index gate valve is not opened. The motor bearing is damaged, and the clearance between them is small, which does not meet the requirements; Motor phase failure or incorrect wiring; The power supply voltage is too low.
