1. The oil level of the reducer shall be checked frequently. It is recommended to use No. 22~28 hyperbolic gear oil or No. 90~120 industrial gear oil as lubricating oil. In summer, oil with high viscosity shall be used. Drain and replace the oil 20 days after the first operation. 2. Before the operation of fans, motors and reducers, they must be checked according to the corresponding product instructions, especially the motor wiring, which should be wired according to the wiring diagram provided by the motor manufacturer. Sometimes, all parties have different opinions, which may cause wiring errors. Start up again after meeting the requirements, starting the sequence from low speed to high speed. After the blade angle is installed according to the value specified in the sample, if the high-speed running current exceeds the rated value, stop the machine immediately and contact the manufacturer quickly. The standard for adjusting the fan blade angle to meet the requirements is: A. Draw a line at the upper and lower edges of each fan blade 150 mm from the air duct to obtain the height difference between the upper point and the lower point Δ H value, per blade Δ The maximum and minimum difference of h value shall not be greater than 2mm; B. The maximum and minimum difference of the elevation value of each blade at the upper edge of the blade 150 mm from the air duct shall not be greater than 0.002R (R is the fan radius); C. The current of the motor is 0.9~0.95 of the rated value at high speed. 3. If the quality of circulating water and make-up water is poor, water quality stabilization measures shall be taken, side filters shall be set, and sterilization and algae killing measures shall be taken when necessary.
