However, the heat and moisture exchange capacity of cooling tower is directly affected by the change of outdoor meteorological parameters. Seasonal changes and changes in outdoor air wet bulb temperature and dry bulb temperature will cause the heat and moisture exchange capacity of the cooling tower operating under non rated conditions to deviate from the product technical parameters provided by the cooling tower manufacturer's technical samples. At present, this has not attracted enough attention.
