R & D Engineer

Job description：
1. Mainly responsible for the research and development of cooling towers, air coolers, evaporative cooling (condensers), as well as the optimization and innovation of existing technologies;
2. Collaborate with the team to complete the core technology research and development, thermal design, thermal calculation, and technical parameter calculation of new products;
3. Participate in the improvement of process technology, introduce, reserve, and utilize new technologies and processes;
4. Collaborate with the team to complete the invention and application of research and development patents and utility model patents;
Requirements：
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in thermal power, power engineering and engineering thermophysics, mechanical engineering, etc;
2. Solid professional knowledge foundation in engineering thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid mechanics, etc;
3. Proficient in the use of 2D and 3D mechanical drawing software, design software, and office software;
4. Familiar with the principles of heat exchangers and thermal calculation methods for industrial products such as air coolers, familiar with thermodynamic finite element analysis methods, familiar with fluid calculation, thermal power engineering, and other knowledge;
5. Strong communication skills, execution skills, and teamwork skills;
6. 2023 fresh graduates or at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
