Job description:
1. Participate in the establishment of the company's quality assurance system, responsible for the operation, maintenance, monitoring and improvement of the quality assurance system;
2. Organize the preparation and implementation of various types of internal review plans of the company, including system review, process review, new product development review, etc.;
3. Lead the company to convene the quality weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual quality meetings on time, count the product quality standards, form a comprehensive quality report, and guide the phased quality improvement goals;
4. Participate in the analysis and rectification activities of the company's major quality accidents and customer complaints and track the implementation results;
5. For batch quality accidents or abnormal quality situations, timely feedback should be given in order to find problems in time and deal with them in time; At the same time, the causes of the defect are analyzed and summarized, and insights are put forward, and we participate in quality management together.
Requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in mechanical manufacturing, quality, management and related majors;
2. More than 5 years of experience in machinery manufacturing and management, more than 2 years of management experience in quality manager/director;
3. Proficient in using Office office software, familiar with CAD and other design software;
4. Good logical thinking ability, able to find key problems;
5. Familiar with ISO quality management system, independently carry out the operation of quality system management, deal with suppliers and customer complaints about quality, and be familiar with the use of new and old 7 major methods of quality;
6. Good communication and coordination skills, pressure resistance and team leadership; Ability to teach.
7. Have rich experience in quality management;
8. The ability to plan and train cadres for the use and allocation of employees and cadres in the department;
9. Good organization, communication and coordination skills.
