Quality Inspector (QC)

Job description:
1. Responsible for the incoming inspection of raw materials and the inspection of the blanking process;
2. Responsible for the process inspection of products (including blanking, grouping, welding, pressure test, appearance);
3. Responsible for the recording of quality control data in various processes, the collection and sorting of relevant raw material quality assurance certificates and certificates.
Requirements:
1. Major in mechanical engineering, college degree or above;
2. Familiar with product drawings, technical standards, inspection methods, product characteristics and product quality requirements. Familiar with GB/T150, GB/T151, TSG21, NB/T47007, API661 and other standards and inspection specifications;
3. Familiar with welding technology, understand the product processing technology of pressure vessel and air cooler;
4. Familiar with the use of measuring tools, such as: vernier calipers, noise meters, etc.;
5. Strong communication and expression, calm and principled;
6. More than 1 year of quality inspection experience in related industries;
